Introduction

Welcome to Webbrandia! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our web design and logo design services, as well as website maintenance services (collectively referred to as the “Services”) provided by Webbrandia (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

Services Provided

2.1 Services Offered: We specialize in web design, logo design, and website maintenance services.

2.2 Pricing: Our services are priced on a per-project basis or at fixed prices, as mutually agreed upon.

2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.

2.4 Upfront Payments: For logo design, a 50% upfront payment is required. For web design, a 25% upfront payment is required.

2.5 Refunds: Upfront payments are non-refundable. In case a client pays in full and is not satisfied, we will work together to find a suitable solution.

Deliverables & Revisions

3.1 Deliverables: We deliver completed website projects primarily on WordPress and occasionally on Shopify. Logo designs are delivered in PNG, JPG, and PDF formats.

3.2 Revisions: Website design projects include unlimited revisions. Logo design projects vary based on the selected plan and may include 3 to 5 revisions. Additional revisions will incur a charge of €2.50 per revision.

Ownership & Licensing

4.1 Copyright Ownership: Upon completion, the copyright to designs belongs to the client.

4.2 License: We grant clients an exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purpose, subject to any limitations defined in the project agreement.

Disputes & Limitations

5.1 Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, we encourage mediation or arbitration as a means of resolution.

5.2 Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

Termination of Services

6.1 Termination: Either party may terminate the contract under mutual agreement. Termination due to non-delivery or non-payment is possible. If you choose to later use the website for illegal purposes, we also reserve the right to terminate the agreement.

6.2 Consequences: If a project is canceled, upfront payments remain with Webbrandia.

Confidentiality & Privacy

7.1 Privacy Policy: We maintain a separate Privacy Policy detailing how we handle client information and data.

7.2 Data Usage: We are responsible for safeguarding client information and will not sell any personal information. Clients may choose to exclude their projects from our portfolio and promotional materials.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Portfolio Display: We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
