We aim to deliver the initial logo concept within 3 working days. Once presented, any requested changes typically take an additional 2 days to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final design. The total timeline may vary based on the number of revision rounds needed.

I start by sending you a payment request for half of the total amount to begin working on the logo concepts. After completing the concepts, I’ll share them with a watermark for your feedback. Once you approve, I’ll send a second payment request for the remaining amount, and upon payment, you’ll receive the final logo files via email.
I strive to deliver high-quality work and collaborate on the logo until the customer is satisfied. If, for any reason, the customer decides not to proceed with the project, they will receive the paid-for concepts, and the remaining part of the project will be canceled. Please note that the initial payment is non-refundable.
